Today we are all Barcelona

Today we are all Barcelona

Today, we want to dedicate this blog entry to our beloved Barcelona. After yesterday's attack, we want to say that we are sad, devastated, and can't believe what is happening. Today, more than ever, we want to express our solidarity with the victims and their families.

This August 17th, we have suffered a tough blow, and it has been a long, sad, and tense day. Nevertheless, we are proud of our city and its inhabitants. Thousands of people have helped:

**taxi drivers and Cabify **drivers transporting people for free, hotels accommodating and providing support to tourists who cannot access their hotels, **flight operators **calling off strikes so that tourists who want to return home can do so, Barcelona hospitals overwhelmed by people wanting to help by donating their blood, people acting as translators in hospitals and outside them to calm people's panic, doctors rushing to their workplaces to support those who are working, **neighbors **delivering food and water to people trapped in their cars on the streets of Barcelona.

¡This is Barcelona!

Of course, we thank all emergency services and police services that have worked tirelessly and continue to do so to help in any way possible. We appreciate the great work they do and their responsiveness. It is an honor to be part of this great city, to see how people, just hours after the attack, take to the streets, to our beloved Plaza de Catalunya, to observe a minute of silence in honor of the victims. So, yes, we are united. Together, we can overcome anything.

We love you, Barcelona.
