It's a cozy and modern industrial warehouse of 337m2 located in the heart of the 22@ district. Additionally, it has a 40m2 terrace.

The space is versatile and allows for any type of event, from a product presentation, a corporate party, a team-building activity, a photo shoot... anything you can think of can be done in this wonderful space!

The space is brand new! It was renovated in 2019 with a minimalist aesthetic, leaving stone walls and metal ceilings exposed. The lighting is excellent thanks to skylights that allow plenty of natural light to enter.
