To celebrate its 10th anniversary, Intedya Barcelona partnered with The Green Vintage Events, a leading agency for sustainable corporate events in Barcelona, to organize a corporate celebration that combined a company milestone with corporate social responsibility (CSR). After reviewing several proposals, the company chose to collaborate with the Rubricatus Foundation, creating a social team building experience with real, measurable impact.
The initiative involved an upcycling workshop, where teams transformed textile waste into new resources. Facilitated by people with intellectual disabilities, the activity promoted inclusion, empowerment, and social engagement, showcasing talent while creating a meaningful corporate experience.
Participants reflected on sustainable business practices, textile consumption, and eco-friendly habits, learning how companies can reduce environmental impact and generate positive social change.
The event included a donation to the collaborating foundation, reinforcing social commitment and adding tangible value to the initiative.
