The software company Factorial, specializing in human resources, trusted The Green Vintage Events to organize their corporate offsite in the heart of nature, a fully customized experience featuring a variety of team building activities for companies.
From the start, we collaborated closely with Factorial to craft a unique, immersive experience: a space where the team could disconnect, embrace new challenges, and strengthen collaboration, generating a positive impact on both personal growth and professional performance.
The venue, surrounded by nature and equipped with a restaurant, bar, garden, terrace, and outdoor pool, offered the perfect setting to design and coordinate corporate activities in a natural environment, blending work, wellness, and leisure seamlessly.
The day began with the arrival of participants, a moment filled with anticipation as everyone was welcomed and prepared for their first big experience.
The adventure raid quickly became the highlight of the day: a map-based navigation challenge, designed exclusively for the venue, where the team had to collaborate, make strategic decisions, and overcome challenges together. Participants tackled thrilling challenges fully integrated into the game, including archery, vertical forest climbing, zipline, and rappelling. Each activity combined strategy, physical skills, and teamwork, pushing everyone to test their limits while supporting one another.
Every challenge sparked energy, excitement, and a sense of collective achievement. Teams cheered at each checkpoint, celebrated victories, and discovered the power of relying on each other’s strengths. After the raid, participants enjoyed a delicious, varied lunch, followed by a relaxing afternoon by the pool with DJ music, where laughter flowed freely and bonds strengthened in a joyful, laid-back atmosphere.
