A company from Barcelona, professionals in online hospitality, chose our agency for the design and production of one of their annual events.

We conducted the Team Building at a Castle near the city of Barcelona. The setting was ideal for such an activity.

We did a** reinterpretation** of a type of activity that is currently trending: escape games, also known as room escapes, which are experiencing a real boom in Spain. By now, you should all be familiar with them, but just in case there are any stragglers, it involves a group game with four to six participants (typically) who are locked in a room with a themed setting and have to escape within a time limit, usually around 60 minutes. To do so, they need to decipher a series of puzzles, find clues, and, of course, have a fun time with their friends.

On May 11th, we designed a** custom Room Escape for a company. It was an XXL-sized Room Escape**, with 80 participants, divided into 10 teams, physical challenges in the forest, and enigmas in the castle... full of mystery and adrenaline!

We crafted a story based on the company's activity. The company had a serious internal problem. The computer systems had detected a cyberattack on the company.

Specifically, an unknown person had made a fake reservation on the website, and upon confirmation, had installed a virus in the entire reservation network of the company, altering the data of all future bookings. With the help of an Investigation Agency, the participants had to locate the computer from which the reservation was made in order to stop the virus!

After completing the Room Escape, we engaged in **Scrum dynamics **to reflect on the company's values and evaluate how the activity had gone. Overcoming challenges, teamwork, proactivity, and loyalty were some of the many values emphasized in our team building.

We ended the day with a cocktail at the castle, music, and a bit of dancing. Great atmosphere, a privileged location, and spectacular views!
