RSC Team Building

RSC Team Building

Currently, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is gaining significant importance within companies. Far from being only the marketing tool it was for some organizations in the past, CSR is starting to be what it was intended for in many companies. Corporate Social Responsibility operates in the social dimension of companies towards their internal collaborators in the first instance and towards all other stakeholder groups of the company in the second instance.

This social dimension causes the company to extend beyond the mere product or service it offers, to make people occupy an important place for the organization.

What are the reasons for developing a Corporate Social Responsibility policy?

1.-The social function of companies. Companies have the fundamental task of being a social agent, both internally and in their environment.

2.- The improvement of employee involvement.. When causes are embraced, people join them. Therefore, it is very beneficial for a company to provide causes that their collaborators can embrace.

3.- The improvement of the company's reputation Just as 'bad news' flies, good news can also go viral. And that's what should be sought: CSR actions that are related to the activity of our company and that can be used to show the social involvement of the company so that it acquires a better reputation among all its stakeholder groups and with the public in general.

4.- The satisfaction of adding value to the environment. Another very important reason is internal and has to do with the satisfaction of doing good things and doing things well. When a person is satisfied with what they have done, their state has a lot to do with happiness. And happy people are more creative, more dynamic... more profitable.

5.- Customer loyalty. Customers are, probably, the most important stakeholders of an organization. Without sales, an organization is dead. Therefore, customer loyalty is an important task for the growth and evolution of a company. Corporate Social Responsibility actions are a driver for this customer loyalty, especially if the CSR policies include specific policies for them.

I believe that all companies unconsciously undertake Corporate Social Responsibility actions because they have never seriously reflected on these types of actions nor attributed the necessary value to them. For these actions to add value, they must be framed within a Corporate Social Responsibility Plan, with very defined CSR policies. It doesn't matter if you don't carry out large actions at the beginning. Small actions, carried out continuously, can also yield great results.

We recommend that you ask about our CSR Team Building activities, as we have a wide range of activities. Join in doing these types of activities that will promote good vibes, teamwork, and the feeling of fulfillment from doing something good for others.
