Annual Convention in Lanzarote

Annual Convention in Lanzarote

THERE ARE PLACES IN THE WORLD THAT ARE SPECIAL

Lanzarote has something different that goes beyond what you can find in any sun and beach destination. An island where nature and art go hand in hand, where its people feel and live the commitment and pride of belonging to it, and the food tastes like the sea and the countryside, an island whose essence leaves a mark. Welcome to the Lanzarote Effect.

That's what we experienced and felt when organizing a convention for a multinational company in the middle of December.

Thanks to its geographical location, Lanzarote enjoys a warm climate throughout the year with an average annual temperature of about 21ºC. As the easternmost of the Canary Islands and the closest to the African continent, Lanzarote has scarce rainfall, and the sun shines practically all year round. This privileged climate has made it one of the most sought-after sun destinations.

You'll often hear that it's like transporting yourself to another universe, where you can visit places that you can only access in dreams. The preservation of cultural heritage is deeply rooted in the history of Lanzarote and its people, making it a place that seems destined for dreams. In Lanzarote, their way of life has adapted to the volcanic terrain, and they have known how to take advantage of the possibilities that ash fields offer for agriculture. Their vineyards emerge from large craters in the earth and create a characteristic lunar landscape, which, together with the volcanoes and the sea, bear witness to the island's deep commitment to strict environmental development codes.

We stayed in a hotel in the south of the island, and we'll leave you with some photos to create a bit of envy...
